Hello! My name is Holly Jones, and I am the proud owner of The Art Haven, a small art school, based out of my home in San Jose, California where I live with my husband Lamont and my Frenchton, Marty. I have always loved and valued art since I was a child and I’m very thankful that I was nurtured to explore creativity any way I could get my hands on it! To this day, I love spending time in my art practice.

I also invested a lot of time in music and eventually found myself majoring in it. It led me to teach private piano lessons for the last 21 years! Although the studio grew to be very successful, my heart was always pulled in an artistic direction. Early in 2023 and at the age of 40, I finally gave myself the chance to step out and embrace the artist in me with my own personal practice and ultimately taking the leap with a dramatic career change. Art is a precious space for me to grow and express myself and I now have the joy of sharing it with others.

I believe that my love and gift in art came from God, and that He put this in all of us. He is the most creative One of all! He gave me a vision to provide an atmosphere for growing artists to experience the joy and fulfillment of creating and making with our hands.
